Fans with double flange ring are used in duct systems of air conditioning units, cooling and drying applications. The motors are fitted with high quality ball bearings with grease relief. The casings of high efficiency axial fans are made from either galvanized sheet steel or plastic coated. The axial fans have aerodynamically profiled blades made from galvanzed and lacquered sheet steel. The blades are mounted directly to the rotor of the external rotor motor.
